At Mani Wonders Inc., we believe in making products that bring simplicity and inspiration to your everyday life.

We are looking for a marketing coordinator to join our Toronto team full time. The incumbent will play a multidimensional role in the day-to-day engagement of social media and developing relationships with influencers.



  • Monitor and engage with potential and existing customers through social media, and other media to increase user awareness, engagement and respond to inquiries
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with brand ambassadors and influencers to develop content, increase
    brand awareness and sales thanks to a metric-based approach
  • Develop and manage the execution of the creation and dissemination of social media content, in conjunction with
    creative agencies, influencers and brand ambassadors to achieve campaign goals and deadlines
  • Plan, design, and run email campaigns that optimize key performance statistics
  • Keep excellent written records of all correspondence in accordance with policies and procedures while maintaining marketing databases and tracking documents
  • Typical of any start-up, the ability to navigate ambiguity and mitigate it with creativity is crucial. With ambiguity comes the opportunity to develop new processes and build a solid infrastructure
  • Ensure that management is kept up-to-date with project status and all relevant information related to daily activities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team

  • Post-secondary degree in sales, marketing, media, public relations or related field
  • Mastering MS Office Suite, social media platforms and current trends
  • Mastering photo editing and video editing software
  • Adept at analyzing data to make informed decisions based on KPIs
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A positive, autonomous and proactive attitude, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Reliable, independent and able to work flexible hours with minimal supervision or direction
  • positive, interpersonal friendly behavior with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
