Mani Wonders 24 month limited warranty summary Mani Wonders warrants the included hardware product and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date of the original purchase. Mani Wonders does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse. You may read and email a copy of the warranty to yourself during activation. Warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided under local consumer laws. For Canadian Consumers: Residents of Quebec are governed by that province consumer protection legislation. 4. This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (c) to damage caused by use with another product; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, tornado, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the Mani Wonders Product outside Mani Wonders published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Mani Wonders; (g) to an Mani Wonders Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Mani Wonders Product, or (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Mani Wonders Product.
5. Do not disassemble the Mani Wonders Product. Disassembling the Mani Wonders Product in any way may cause damage that is not covered by this Warranty. Only Mani Wonders Team should perform service on the Mani Wonders Product.
6. Customers are responsible for shipping the defective unit to Mani Wonders, including: brokerage, taxes, customs, and duties incurred. Mani Wonders will ship the replacement unit to you by Canada Post ground in the continental United States and Canada. If you want to expedite shipping, you will be responsible for the expedited shipping charge and will be asked to provide a credit card for the expedited shipping charge. Note, in rare occasions, custom agents may withhold delivery of some packages.
7. Yes in most cases our technical support team can verify your warranty by using the serial number. If the serial number cannot be verified, a Proof of Purchase will be required to determine the warranty.
8. Mani Wonders will ship a replacement product to the address you provide one to three business days after receiving your defective product.
9. Mani Wonders does offer refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase or product upgrades for 24 month from the date of purchase. Mani Wonders Team will, as its option, (i) repair the Mani Wonders Product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability (ii) replace defective products under warranty for the same product only. There are no exceptions.
10. Mani Wonders does offer full refunds not pertaining to warrantable defects and workmanship for up to 30 days of purchase. Customer to contact Mani Wonders Support Team to initiate returns process. Customer is responsible for costs associated with return shipment to return center address provided by Mani Wonders Support Team. For returns and exchanges, contact The Mani Wonders Support Team at [email protected] to verify refund/exchange before it is mailed. Product must be returned with the original packaging intact with the tags included or attached. Be sure to have all receipt information ready for our customer service representative. Upon receipt of return shipment, refund is to be issued.
11. Order that have been refused by the customer without the approval of Mani Wonders will have the shipping charge deducted from the refund issued. Returns that have been sent without first contacting Mani Wonders will either be refused or have the cost of the original shipment deducted from their refund. Mani Wonders will not accept any returns of products that are or appear to be used. Products that are returned used will be held and the customer can choose to have it sent back to them at their expense.
12. Mani Wonders are not able to accommodate walk-ins. All returned merchandise must be shipped to us at the proper address. There are no exceptions.
13. The warranty does not cover acts of nature or natural disasters.
14. The warranty continues from the original date of purchase.
15. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS. 16. In the event of using Mani Wonders products that support RFID protection, Mani Wonders does not take any responsibility for personal information being forged, stolen, and/or damaged.
17. Mani Wonders is not responsible and liable for any physical, emotional, mental and psychological damage caused by the use of any Mani Wonders Products.

9. General

1. You may print and keep a copy of these Terms, which form the entire agreement between you and Mani Wonders and supersede any other communications or advertising with respect to the Website.
